Where we started
Founded by engineers who had shipped enough real systems to know that most AI projects don't fail from bad ideas. They fail from bad foundations, unclear ownership, and no path to production.
What we learned
Over years of hands-on work across industries, we refined a conviction: strategy without delivery is theater, and delivery without architecture creates debt. The two have to be the same process.
