Areas we hire in
We don't chase titles. We hire for depth, ownership, and a bias toward shipping things that work in production.
AI engineering
You design, build, and ship AI systems to production. You're fluent in Python, LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG pipelines, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and vector databases. You think in systems, not demos.
Data science and ML
You turn raw data into reliable models and production pipelines. Skills we value: ML pipeline design, PyTorch, scikit-learn, feature engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, experiment tracking. You care about reproducibility as much as accuracy.
Platform and DevOps engineering
You keep AI systems running at scale. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), monitoring, and reliability engineering. You believe infrastructure is as important as the model.

[email protected]Why work at OS Websolutions
We offer more than a job. The chance to build things that matter, with people who hold themselves to a high standard.
Production-first culture
We don't ship demos. Everything we build is designed to run in production, scale under load, and survive real users. Your work will matter.
High engineering standards
Code reviews are real, architecture discussions happen, and we push back on shortcuts. You'll grow faster here than anywhere comfortable.
Autonomy with accountability
You own your projects end to end. No micromanagement. Just clear goals, the trust to execute, and the responsibility to deliver.
Competitive compensation
We pay competitively for top talent. Salary, equity participation where applicable, and benefits that reflect the quality of work we expect.
International team
We work across Amsterdam, London, Casablanca, Riyadh, Doha, and Dubai. English is our working language. Global context is built in.
Continuous learning
AI moves fast. We invest in your development: conference budget, learning subscriptions, internal knowledge sharing, and time to explore.
